I read white vinegar in a recipe, which one is it?

Is that the very simple table vinegar with 5% and is there a white vinegar?

Hello, I always have white balsamic vinegar at home. Maybe that's what I mean. Greetings, Elle

Hello everyone who is interested;
my contribution to white vinegar
Last month (August 2017) I bought a clever booklet (Din-A-5) about grandmother's wisdom with the title "ESSIG almost 300 tips for every day .. Beauty / Household / Health / Kitchen" costs about 3.50 €,
EAN code 4 198625 803505 70011, is this possibly also the ISBN (?) For the journals,
It says: White vinegar has nothing to do with wine vinegar: It is produced through alcoholic fermentation of sugar beet or corn. It is also available as acetic acid diluted with water.
When I googling, I found acetic acid in various consistencies on Amazon
(attached picture e.g. 6 liters around 20, - €, ----> but only for cleaning) and do not use excessively, as these acids are not so optimal for the sewage treatment plants: ((, found under acetic acid. It is also available as acetic acid for the kitchen (food-safe, costs a little more, canister ~ 37, - €, is certainly a lot better for our environment !!!! also at Amazon under acetic acid from sugar beet.

If you can still get the booklet, it's really worth it!
Well good luck and please think about our environment, our mother earth in everything you do. Thank you and all the best, Kossi

Had to delete the picture because of the format, but you think it was 1 liter bottles or 5 liter canisters.
