How can I easily break my leg?

How can you break / sprain your arm or finger?

Already in advance: Before everyone writes something like "Are you stupid, how do you get such an idea ?!" or "Why do you want to break something, it hurts a lot!" etc .. I would like to explain the whole thing briefly to you.

I don't want to tell you the exact reason why I want to break my arm. I am neither depressed, nor do I cut myself, want attention or anything like that. And I am also aware that this is not a particularly smart idea. Nevertheless, it is pretty important to me, so I hope that you will find helpful answers.

Btw, I've already broken my leg, so I know how it feels.

Here are the questions:

- Does anyone know how to break / sprain their arm or finger? (As simple as possible)
I read on the internet that you can tie a bar of soap to your wrist and leave it on overnight. If you jerk your arm the next morning, it is supposed to break. I doubt that this will work, but maybe someone here has had experience with it.

-When I am asked at the hospital what happened, what should I say? Can they see what happened from the X-ray?

Thank you in advance for helpful answers. :)
You can save yourself such answers as mentioned above;)

And sorry for any spelling and grammatical errors

Aha. You want to explain it briefly, but then you only supposedly exclude a few things and you don't say the reason -> ergo no "explanation" is made. I'm guessing that you probably don't want to take down an exam or something like that - but you know that beforehand and sit down on your pants and learn.
Here you will not get any tips on how to do this best I know something because it happened to a friend recently, but I'm not stupid and pass something on.
It can't be that bad that you break something voluntarily>.

Dude, please think of a tennis elbow or something. It's easy to fake and it's bad enough that your arm could get a cast. Please, really, don't break your elbow with this soaping method, it can really ruin your arm for the rest of your life. Whatever you are afraid of, think about whether it is worth it to have pain and impairment forever.

I agree with the previous speakers, please don't do that under any circumstances. That can be badly in the eye and I also think that it will hardly be worth it. Of course I don't know the reason for your plan, but it's really dangerous and you should actually think of something like chronic pain or whatever. Injuring yourself should NEVER be an option!

So I know I'm late but my sis got a gibs because she let cold water run on her wrist for about 10 minutes and was very badly peeling on something.
Better not do that anyway, it's bad for you

(I'm not responsible for it because I warned you)
