What is your favorite meat?

Since I tried it for the first time, it has definitely been ostrich meat for me.
Low in fat, tasty and wonderfully tender.

Only then does a good T-bone steak come, preferably from Argentina.

In third place is the turkey, my favorite thing to eat is the juicy meat from the turkey thigh.

Lamb tastes best because it has a lot of its own flavor.
Game also has a lot of its own taste and that's why I like it.

Hello,

I am a passionate fish eater. I remember the amazing tasting tuna steaks in Aruba. I've never had anything so delicious before. The best pikeperch fillets were on Usedom. The chef in our hotel was simply a genius when it came to boddenzander.

Lamb, game and ostrich are also at the top of my meat list. Whereby in the Eifel it is probably only the game that roams freely, the rest comes from breeding, including the fallow deer.

Poultry, including turkey, is not really my thing. The keeping methods are too brutal for me. If it's supposed to be poultry, duck is my favorite.

greeting

Enjoy the meal,

clearly my favorite meat is U.S. Prime Rib. Either prime rib or Bavette lobes.

Especially to recommend the grill time.
