How do I invest in a company

Invest in companies

Classic loans

You invest your money in non-subordinated, classic loan financing (KF) that is given to companies. The entrepreneurs submit a declaration of guarantee as security.

As an investor, you receive interest between 2.50% and 14.00% p.a. on your investment amount, which is repaid to you in regular interest and principal payments during the year. The terms are between 1 and 5 years.

In comparison, classic loans offer a slightly lower return with a correspondingly lower risk than the subordinate projects.

Subordinated loan

You invest your money in subordinated financing (NF), which is paid out to the companies. The entrepreneurs offer a higher return on an investment than with traditional loans.

As an investor, you receive fixed interest between 6.00% and 11.00% p.a. on your investment amount. The interest is paid to you quarterly or annually. The repayment takes place either quarterly after a possible grace period or at final maturity, plus a possible success interest in the amount of up to 25.00%. The terms are between 1 and 5 years.

Investing money in subordinated loans is associated with a comparatively higher risk but also a correspondingly higher return.

Digital securities

You invest your money in token-based, qualified subordinated debt securities that are issued by the companies. Digital securities can be traded and are kept in a digital safe with a secure PIN.

Fixed interest rates are also paid on digital bonds. As an investor, you receive interest between 6.00% and 11.00% p.a. on your investment amount. The interest is paid to you quarterly or annually. The terms are between 1 and 5 years.
