The first question to ask yourself is, "What am I doing to improve my speed in hitting?" If you've never asked yourself this question before, the answer is a resounding "Nothing!"

The most important thing is to focus on awareness. Your eyes must be trained to recognize a target quickly and send the signal to your hands to strike with the command.

Forget about hand speed first, let's talk about responsiveness first. The fighter who first sees the opportunity to strike will be the first to strike, creating a great advantage for himself.
