preparation

  1. Put the minced beef with salt, pepper, herb salt, garlic granules, onion granules and Tabasco in a bowl and knead well - preferably with damp hands or with a mixer with a dough hook attachment.
  2. Then let the meat dough stand for a good 15 minutes.
  3. Then form patties with your hands - make sure not to press the patties too hard with your hands so that they don't become too firm when frying.
  4. Finally, fry the patties in a pan with a little oil, turning them several times with a spatula.

Tips on the recipe

For the perfect burger patties, it is best to use lean minced beef with a maximum fat content of 20%.

When shaping the meat patties, you can make a small depression in the middle, where the meat juice collects when frying and is not lost - so it stays juicy.

You can of course also use finely chopped onion and garlic pieces for seasoning - and a dash of Worcestershire sauce adds even more pep to the patty.

You can also prepare the patties well and then freeze them and, if necessary, take them out of the freezer about an hour before use.

The patties are also great for grilling.
